adequate stay with a couple of issues
limited optionsunfriendly staff
the room felt stuffy. there was no air conditioning, it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. the breakfast options were quite limited and not very appealing. the staff at breakfast didn't seem particularly friendly either.

inconsistent shower temperaturestale breakfast bread
the shower temperature fluctuated erratically it went from scalding to freezing with no consistency. the breakfast was quite limited the hot milk was only lukewarm. i also found the stale bread to be unappetizing these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

I found the location GREAT, just a few minutes from the tube station. Kensington Gardens are right across the street. I also appreciated the several restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfast included in the price was reasonable.
The shower head had a weak spray AND the water temperature fluctuated.

Staff were FRIENDLY and helpful . I witnessed quick online check-in. Hyde Park is conveniently located opposite the hotel. The hotel has easy access to nearby metro and bus lines.

broken elevator
The elevator did not work during my entire stay. i was on the fifth floor, and that was a big problem for me. the breakfast selection was very limited too. It included toast, dry rolls, croissants, jam, chocolate spread and cheese. if i was lucky, i got a hard-boiled egg.

the location was good with many restaurants a short walk away..
the room was hot i could not turn down the radiator and the window barely opened. breakfast was not worthwhile here. i requested a wake-up call at the front desk, but it never happened. my phone alarm was the only thing that woke me.
